Want to learn more about Yoyleberry in their home series?
Yoyle Berry is one of the 103 items that are in-game, and is also one of the 54 floor-exclusive items.
Appearance
The item appears to be a group of three purple berries.
Interaction
This item can be bought on the BFDI floor for 100 coins. When the player consumes the Yoyle Berry, it will give the Yoyle Metal effect, providing the player with 100 more health, projectile blocking and light fire resistance, but with the downside of slowness. To be specific, it slows you down to near 50%. Despite not being listed, It also makes trampolines, and other similar objects no longer boost the player's jump height. If the player already has the Yoyle Metal effect and tries to consume the Yoyle Berry, a gray message appears on their screen, saying, "I'm already metallic"
Yoyle Metal does not stack with the effects given by Wet Cement or Magic Mirror, leading to special animations when the items are used. The game will force the player to use a Yellow Tomato to remove the Yoyle Metal effect before the player uses their chosen item. This can be used with Gift of the Eradicated, but only grants 25 more health. The effect is also not time based but degrades over 100 projectiles uses. It will provide a passive regen to the max health cap.

Trivia
- If a player has the Yoyle Metal effect, the slowness effect, and the magnetic effect, they won't be able to move at all.
- If a player dies on the BFDI floor while undergoing the Yoyle Berry transformation, they will lack the metal appearance the effect is meant to have, now instead having a metal texture with colors based on the body parts of the player. The player's accessories will also remain unaffected.
