Wet Cement is one out of 104 items that can be bought from the Shop.

Appearance

The item appears as a can of soda that is under the brand 'Gray Stuff'. The item as a whole is colored gray and also displays text on the outer layer of the soda can, that being "GRAY STUFF" and "( wet cement )" placed beneath the former.

Interaction

Wet Cement can be purchased for 100 coins in the in-game shop. When consumed, the player will heal 5 HP and said player's body (as well as their accessories) will be re-textured to gray concrete. The player will then receive the Cemented! effect, which will make them immune to 10 Snowball hits. The amount of hits can be increased by 5 if said player interacts with Wallter, like using the Petal Cone on him. If the player stands too close to Mannequin Mark while under the effects of Wet Cement, he may punch the player and lower the amount of hits by 5. Being punched by Mark also lowers the player's HP by 5. If a player runs out of snowball protections, their avatar will return back to normal.

Players are able to get the "FORCED TO EAT CEMENT" badge by drinking Wet Cement for the first time.

The concrete effect granted by the item grants immunity to the cement flood in the Stanley Room floor. The effect can be removed by using the Magic Mirror or Yoyle Berry, which will replace Cemented! with a different effect, or with a Yellow Tomato, which will remove the effect entirely.

Most NPCs will refuse to drink Wet Cement if gifted it, with some exceptions being Wallter, Unpleasant, and FleshCousin. Mannequin Mark has unique lines for denying Wet Cement.

Trivia

  • Although the drink is branded as "Gray Stuff" and is referred to by that name by Wallter, it is still called "Wet Cement" in the shop menu.
  • This is now the only aluminum can item after Fizz Up! was changed to be in a glass bottle.
  • This item, Cake Slice, Glognut, Magic Mirror, Medkit, Yellow Tomato, and Yoyle Berry are the only items that modify the players' avatar.
  • The item is a callback to a drink of the same name from another game of Yeucc's known as 快乐的国家!(or Happy Country).
  • Wet Cement is Wallter's favorite drink.
  • If a player is wearing a different package that isn't R6, drinking Wet Cement will turn the player blocky.
    • Even after the player runs out of snowball protections, their avatar will still be R6 until the player resets, dies, or leaves the game.
  • Having the Cemented! effect makes climbing the Stanley Room floor more difficult.
    • If a Cemented! player jumps on the trampolines, they will jump lower than if they weren't cemented.
    • If a Cemented! player is standing on a moving platform, said player will not move with the platform and fall.
  • If a player has a Gravity Coil along with at least 1 Amulet of Asteria and drinks wet cement, it would make it so whenever the player jumps, they either get stuck on the roof of the elevator (if inside) or float until reaching the roof of the map (if not inside elevator).
    • This might be because Amulet of Asteria and Gravity Coil lower the players' gravity, while the wet cement makes them slightly heavier, thus lowering their gravity.
