UES is one of the 102 floors that can be randomly chosen or selected by a player. It is currently in-game.
Appearance[]
The floor takes place in what seems to be a office building that consists of several rooms and hallways, all lit by yellow-colored lights. Throughout the floor, there can be seen cardboard boxes and steel cabinets that players can interact with. There are also many signs in German located throughout the floor in order to describe a use for their respective rooms as well.
On the walls around the floor, there can be seen randomly generated de-motivational posters alongside a random image alongside random text on them.
Gameplay[]
When the floor starts, players can see JAOBA peeking into the elevator before running away. Afterwards, the minigame will then start. The text "PACIFY JAOBA: Search the marked boxes" is shown, along with meters for JAOBA's anger and friendliness.
Players are tasked with finding JAOBA in order to pacify him and fill the friendliness meter to 100%. If players successfully befriend JAOBA, they will get the "APOCALYPSE" badge, and JAOBA will follow a random player around on certain floors. If not, the instructions displayed at the top of the screen are replaced with "ESCAPE JAOBA, Get back to the elevator", instructing players to run away from a rampaging JAOBA. During this, the floor is cast into darkness. Both clearing the floor by finding JAOBA, or escaping rampaging JAOBA grants a floor clear.
JAOBA will appear on the following floors if the players befriend it:
- 3008
- Backrooms
- Dying Mall
- Floppy Shoppy
- JermPop Factory
- Knowledge Office
- PET CAPTURE DELUXE
- Toolbox Speedway
- Toolbox Thrift
- Totally Bananas Arcade
- bugbo
- gm_flatgrass
When found, JAOBA will jump out of its box and cover its face while making a strange and distorted roar sound, before charging to it's next hiding spot. Getting hit by him does no damage, but will ragdoll the player for 3 seconds. During their rampage, getting hit by JAOBA deals 50 damage to the player and sends them to spectator mode.
The box JAOBA hides in will emit a quiet breathing noise when the player is near and the box will occasionally wiggle and make a shuffling sound, serving as a hint towards its hiding location. There are also multiple cabinets that can be interacted with. Within some of the cabinets, there is a chance that there will be Coins or Floor Tickets inside, both of which can be collected upon clicking.
Bive is the only NPC that may enter the elevator from this floor. If Bive is in the elevator when this floor is chosen or the elevator is full, she will immediately leave and rush to the room "das Untergeschoss" before sinking into the room's floor.
If Lampert is in the elevator, he will turn on his light before entering the floor and heading upstairs to the rightmost side of the divided room. He will enter the dark room to collect a lightbulb before turning his light off, returning to the elevator afterwards.

Trivia[]
- JAOBA is one of three NPCs that can be tracked using the Glognut compass, the other two being Enphoso and Giggler.
- Despite the Glognut compass being able to track JAOBA, it does not appear on the radar.
- Yeuc_c said that JAOBA has yet to be hostile in this floor.[1]
- This was recently added in the JAOBA update (11/16/25).
- Prior to the JAOBA update (11/16/25), the floor's previous objective was to find JAOBA.
- During the floor, players can take their time in either finding JAOBA or by wandering around the floor.
- Depending on how many players were in the elevator, JAOBA could be found 4-7 times.
- JAOBA used to disappear into a random box once they're found or once the floor starts, instead of running across rooms while knocking players out of their way to hide in a different box.
- JAOBA never got angry if players didn't find them, nor do they become pacified once they've been found multiple times.
- Finding multiple times JAOBA successfully only rewarded players with coins.
- Arrows seen across the walls were never present.
- The main entrance to the room "der Unteregeschoss" used to be on the left, the room also used to be long and dark with more coins on the side.
- The boxes used to be opened by having to be tapped once instead of holding down a press for it to open.
- There were less boxes than before.
- Prior in-game preview images of this floor used to show the walls having a wallpaper texture, similar to the ones seen in the Backrooms floor.
- Prior to the 3/23/24 update, the floor only consisted of the starting room, and was rarely seen in-game.
- This was the third floor to have changed to a Special floor at some point, the others being Red Ball Pile, Tumblr Ballpit and FNARB.
- This floor most likely takes place in Germany, as seen by the German signs located throughout the floor.
- During 2024 April Ghouls' Update, the cabinets could contain a Subspace Tripmine, which will explode if interacted with, alongside FREAKs spawning in the floor as well.
- It is one out of three floors that uses the liminal space aesthetic, with the other two being Backrooms and Suspiciously Elongated Room.
- This floor has the shortest name in-game, and the shortest all-caps name in comparison to other floors with all-caps titles.
- It seems the platform on top of the staircase is based on an image of an unreachable platform with two sofas in a hotel
- During the day of a hotfix update on 3/25/25, the boxes Jaoba could be found in were able to be pushed around, this was unintentional and later fixed.
- The small kitchen room with a Floor Ticket printer has a poster of a yellow cat hanging on a stick with a sad face, with caption saying 'halte durch!' ('hold on!' in German).
Possible inspiration for the platform on top of the staircase.
