Appearance

Normal Form

Scag is a medium-sized CRT television on a small trolley. She has a glowing blue screen, a robotic claw arm, and a CD player on the shelf beneath her TV. The TV screen displays her face. While she is in the elevator with Prototype, all her faces can be faintly seen layered over each other on her screen.

In her 2024 April Ghouls' Update appearance, only what displays on her screen is changed, showing an image of Windows 95's 3D Movie Maker disk with a white background.

Boss Form

Her Boss Form is presumably a gigantic robot with pinchers. Based on the teaser image, she can hold NPCs like Prototype.

Description

Scag is a gamer and is obsessed with vintages and antiques such as floppy disks, albums, and dust. She often talks about and advertises her shop a lot.

When speaking, Scag usually does not use proper punctuation aside from punctuation marks when speaking. Nouns are often suffixed with "-filled", adjectives (sometimes nouns) with "-core" and verbs (sometimes adjectives) with "-maxxing", with hyphens usually being skipped in conjoining words to make a compound word, i.e. "Humorfilled", "Sweetcore", "Dustmaxxing", etc. Scag also makes glitchy sounds when speaking.

Interactions

Scag spawns in the Floppy Shoppy floor. Scag will not automatically enter the elevator by default, as Prototype must pick her up first, but players can still interact with Scag normally while she is still in the floor.

Scag has an interaction with the Magnet where holding the item close to her will cause magnetic degaussing onto Scag's screen and elicit annoyed reactions from her. Scag is the only NPC that has a reaction to the magnet.

• Scag enters the elevator by getting picked up by Prototype.
• Scag's name was originally going to go to Bive, but this was changed while Bive was being developed.
• Scag's faces are drawn by Twitter user tidaldreaming.
• All of Scag's faces can faintly be seen if you look close enough. This is a result of screen burn-in, which is common among CRT screens which have been left on for long periods of time.
• Scag has currently one uploaded UGC item: Scag Head.
• Even though Scag is immune to gas, she would still accept the Gas Mask.
• One of her interactions with Mannequin Mark may be a reference to a moment in a Custom Wood Burning live stream.
• Scag’s Halloween costume is a reference to the 2004 horror movie “Saw”. She resembles Billy the Puppet, a mechanical ventriloquist puppet designed by the main antagonist of the movie to inform their victims of the rules of the games they have to play.
