Red Ball Pile is one out of 102 floors that can be randomly chosen, or selected by a player. It is currently in-game.
Appearance[]
The floor takes place in a pitch black area lit by one white-like colored light, with of a small pile of Red Teddies located to the back. Players are able to walk onto the area, but only within a limited distance, and extends towards the back of the ball pile.
Gameplay[]
Once the elevator opens, players will hear a voice saying 'It's a pile of balls.' Afterwards, several Red Teddies will suddenly be thrown into the elevator, along with a screaming sound effect.
Some of these balls are harmful, and have a glow neon red color. When touched, a stinging sound effect will play and the player will lose 5 HP. On rare occasions, when the doors open, there will be a single oversized Red Teddy instead, and the voice instead would say "It's a ball". After a few seconds, it will turn around and throws itself into the elevator along with the same screaming sound effect.
Tips[]
- If you encounter the wall of balls variant, either spray yourself with Red Block!, or stand in the corner of the elevator and have a lot of healing items.[1]

- It is one of the four floors that are based around the Red Teddy item, with the other being FNARB, Reddy's Underground Diner and Red Ball Temple.
- Players are able to get the "IT'S A PILE OF BALLS" badge by encountering this floor for the first time.
- The dialogue that plays in this floor originally came from the ninth episode of the children's series Boohbah, A Pile of Balls.[2]
- The "It's a ball" dialogue that plays when the Oversized Red Teddy variant occurs is an edited version of the original with some of the parts of it cut out.
- Players can use the Spray Bottle or Snowball to remove the damaging effect from the red balls. This is signified by the red glow being removed after being sprayed.
- However, the burning red teddies can infect the non-burning teddies.
- This action does not work on the oversized red ball.
- In the 5/25/24 update, this floor has been re-categorized to now be a Special floor. This makes it one out of 3 to change to a Special floor, the others being Tumblr Ballpit and FNARB.
