PartyNoob, or Poob, is a NPC that can be found in-game, and will enter the elevator.

Appearance

PartyNoob has the appearance of a stereotypical Roblox noob. They have a yellow head and arms, a blue torso, and green legs, however Poob's color palette comparing to regular Roblox noob is inaccurate due to their legs having a dark green color instead of yellowish green. They also have a custom ":3" face, a purple party hat with colorful stars on it, and a party horn that can be in a random color, but is depicted as red in most official renders. It has been officially declared that PartyNoob is bald and so is any character which doesn't have visible hair.

In their Halloween 2023 appearance, they wear a clown-like costume with the left half colored white with a dark purple star pattern and the other half dark purple with a white star pattern. They also wear a yellow flower on the upper right part of their torso and a white party hat with dark purple stars.

In their Christmas 2023 appearance, they wear a Christmas tree hat and a blue hoodie with a lighter blue snowflake pattern.

In their 2024 April Ghouls' Update appearance, they wear a sweater with the inscription "I ♥ Fortnight".

In their Halloween 2024 appearance, they wear a white clown costume with the right sleeve, left leg, and left side of the torso having a vertical rainbow stripe. The white parts of the costume and their hat have multicolored stars scattered around them. They have a red clown nose on their face, and on the front of their torso are 3 buttons; yellow, green, and blue. On the upper right corner of their torso is a flower with rainbow petals, and around their neck is a ruffled clown collar.

In their Christmas 2024 outfit, they wear a Christmas tree hat and a blue sweater with white dots.

In their Valentine's 2025 appearance, they wear a pink sweater covered in hearts and a white party hat with red heart petals on the inside rim. The party hat is based off of the Petal Cone.

Description

PartyNoob is a happy-go-lucky individual with a love and borderline obsession for partying. Most of their dialogue relates to partying, birthdays, or something related to those topics. They present as somewhat childish and silly, and tend to be oblivious and naïve to the world around them. Their constant happiness annoys the more serious or grumpy NPCs, especially Gnarpy and Pest. Despite their general silly and unassuming demeanor, they seem to be affiliated with MR in some way, albeit unwillingly; the meteors that originate from MR on the Happy Home Party floor don’t fall if PartyNoob is in the elevator, and PartyNoob cannot be killed by MR. It has also been hinted that PartyNoob's happy attitude is a coping mechanism due to things that they've seen.

Interactions

PartyNoob has a 50% chance to appear on the Underground Subway floor. When PartyNoob enters the elevator, each player is granted the ability to slap them in the face with a 30 second cooldown for each player in the server. Attacking PartyNoob through usage of the Spray Bottle or other ranged items can also be used to slap PartyNoob's head. When PartyNoob's head has been slapped approximately 9-10 times through any method, this results in them looking at the responsible player with an angry stare and blowing their party horn, killing them instantly, which awards the 173 badge. Every 15 seconds, they blow their party horn. When petals are thrown at Poob, they will celebrate with a dancing emote.

PartyNoob will leave on Floppy Shoppy and Backrooms

They will also hold a gift as of the 4/27/24 update. When the gift is clicked on, they will throw it in the air and the present will be opened. Confetti and paper cutouts of Poob will come out of the present. From there, anyone that is near the gift will be healed back to full health.

PartyNoob will accept almost all items except for the Magic Mirror, Wet Cement, Kitty, or Cooler.

• PartyNoob was designed by Nicant.
• PartyNoob does the Trinidad emote when showered with petals, and on the Happy Home Party.
  • If PartyNoob enters the Happy Home Party floor, meteors will not crush the house due to them being protected by something.
• Pest and PartyNoob have an equal chance to appear on the Underground Subway floor that both are found in.
  • If MR is in the elevator on the Underground Subway floor or the elevator is full, PartyNoob will stop and frown in front of the elevator door, go onto the train tracks, and get killed by the train.
  • Oddly, when PartyNoob is holding a gift, they don't have a walking animation. Instead, they enter the elevator in their idle pose.
• MR is unable to burn PartyNoob when it cuts out the lights.
• PartyNoob is one of 7 NPCs that are able to enter the elevator and harm players, the others being DrRETRO, Mannequin_Mark, Reddy, Spud!, Gnarpy, and RAT.
• Players are able to get the "LET'S GET THE PARTY STARTED" badge by meeting PartyNoob for the first time.
  • Players are also able to get the "173" badge by getting killed by PartyNoob.

• They like it because it's a "cool party trick" and because it tastes like Sour Patch Kids, their favorite candy.
