List of NPCs

"Uh oh! Something's gone wrong." This article is a stub! Help out by filling in missing details or adding onto some information.

NPCs are characters that can be found on certain floors or may appear due to elevator occurrences. Some NPCs are able to interact with other NPCs and players. For NPCs which do not serve a important purpose, you can go to the Minor NPCs and Characters page. While spectating, some NPCs have names listed in colors that depend on their types. Those colors being:

Color	Meaning
Green	Can enter the elevator. Usually be completely passive, may attack players if certain criteria are met.
Light Red	Hostile and can't enter the elevator.
Blue	Passive and can't enter the elevator.
Purple	Currently exclusive to Mach. Can't enter the elevator and is passive by default, may attack players if certain criteria are met.
Cyan	Currently exclusive to mac n cheese (Mach in the 2024 April Ghouls' Update). Formerly seen on Sebastian before they became unspectatable. Same function as Purple.
Orange	Currently exclusive to Fafa2. Acts as a Green NPC on one floor, and a Light Red NPC on another.
Yellow	Currently exclusive to Dobe. Not hostile and can enter the elevator if a player leads them to it, but will disappear after some time.
Red	Currently exclusive to Banrey, MR and Jermbomination. Usually not hostile towards the player but rather the NPCs, with the only exception being Jermbomination who can kill players.

	DrRETRO	Green	Gumball Machine	She can kill MR, MRManueverer, and people who throw snowballs or spray her with the spray bottle. Can heal other NPCs.
	Folly	Green	Eternal Limbo	Is one of the few NPCs that are unable to be killed by MR. Seems to have ties with MR according to dialogue. Has her own boss fight floor.
	Fish	Green	Elevator Event	Was the first NPC to come from an elevator event before Folly’s addition. Cannot be spectated. Doesn't take up any space in the elevator. Talks to Frog from Jeremy's Domain.
	FleshCousin	Green	Happy Birthday?, Funny Maze (Under the name 'Fleshy')	Has a slow walk speed (about 7-8). Mimics the random player's outfit. When hovered at, the name reads "[Player name]..?" instead of "FleshCousin." Upon reaching The Subway floor, it will subsequently walk on the tracks and get hit by a train. Will jump to the ballpit in Tumblr Ballpit.
	Gnarpy	Green	Two Stud Camp	Has the most UGC items dedicated to xem out of all the NPCs.
	Infected	Green	Infected Apartment	Animated similarly to early Roblox characters. Claims to be the son of Builderman.
	Jermbo	Green	Hole in the Wall (rarely enters elevator), Turret, Skyblock	Has no collisions. Has an item based on it.
	Lampert	Green	3008	Is a fan-made NPC that got added to Regretevator for being the first-place winner in the Regretevator NPC contest.
	Linus	Green	Retrorade Security Station	Formerly a developer-exclusive NPC. He is based of off Linus Tech Tips.
	Mannequin_Mark	Green	Stanley Room	Is the only mannequin character that can walk. His hat can come in random color. Calls Jimmy "Jim" as a nickname.
	Mozelle	Green	Elevator Event	Decorates the elevator with famous paintings edited to look like Mozelle and pink ribbons adorned with gold hearts for 5 minutes. Similar to Banrey, as she's able to explode Unpleasant in their interactions.
	MRManueverer	Green	Shop Space (rarely)	Delivers MR, which is kept inside a crate, on a utility dolly before quickly leaving the scene.
	PartyNoob	Green	The Subway	Once they've been slapped 10 times and clicked afterward, PartyNoob will look at the one responsible with a frown, blowing their party horn and killing them instantly. Can stops the meteors from striking the Happy Home Party floor because something is protecting them.
	Pest	Green	The Subway	Themed around thievery. Can steal coins from a player standing close enough depending on how many coins they have Steals the ruby from the Temple of, Something floor.
	Peter	Green	Retrorade Security Station	Formerly a developer-exclusive NPC. Takes the appearance of Peter Griffin from Family Guy.
	Pilby	Green	WHEEL OF	An NPC that was added to Regretevator by developer choice during an NPC competition in the Regretevator Discord server.
	Prototype	Green	Find The Path	Was a submission for the NPC contest and won.
	Reddy	Green (Light Red in FNARB and Reddy's Underground Diner)	FNARB, Reddy's Underground Diner	Jumpscares and hurts players. Rarely, they can be gold instead of red and are instead called "GoldenReddy." However, they are still called "Reddy" when spectating.
	RAT	Green	Random Maze (rarely)	Has no collisions. If the player touches the glowing part of the rat. It will give Rat Poison effect.
	Scag	Green	Floppy Shoppy	Can only enter the elevator if Prototype picks her up.
	Split	Green	Splitsville!	Will appear on the Splitsville! floor alongside SComics. Has the most interactions with other NPCs.
	Spud!	Green	Two Stud Camp	Explodes after being clicked 250 to 500 times in increments of 50 clicks. Has a 50% chance to appear on the Two Stud Camp floor.
	Unpleasant	Green	Infected Apartment	Originates from the "this unpleasant gradient shows up at your front door" meme. Upon reaching The Subway floor, it will subsequently walk on the tracks and get hit by a train. Will jump in the ballpit in Tumblr Ballpit floor.
	Wallter	Green	Flatgrass	2 players tall. Fits through the hole in the Hole in the Wall floor and either escape or fix the hole by staying in it.
	Buck	Light Red	Button Competition, Jermpop Factory	Has no collisions. The only NPC to resemble a different NPC, that being Jermbo. Wears a UGC hat called the "Sometimes Baseball Cap". Even though Buck is red, Buck has no known way to kill players.
	Clover	Light Red	Backrooms	Is the fastest NPC yet. Instantly kills any player on touch. Is an amalgamation of different AI-generated faces from the website ThisPersonDoesNotExist.
	Döug	Light Red	Area 51, Four Corners	Will "kill" players who step onto the chosen platform and get sent under the map of the Four Corners minigame, Is found on one of the rooms on Area 51 as an enemy that the player needs to dodge to activate a generator. The O in Doug's name is accented with an umlaut when spectating it.
	Enphoso	Light Red	Shop Space	Has 2nd most voicelines. Although hostile, there are currently no ways for Enphoso to hurt the player.
	Jeremy	Light Red	Jeremy's Domain, Area 51	Kidnaps a random player and the other players must press the red button to save the captured player. Instantly kills the grabbed player if no other players are in the elevator. Can be found in Area 51 as an enemy in a Red Light, Green Light room, where the lights indicate if the player may walk or not.
	RockMen	Light Red	Rock Park	Instantly kills any player/NPC on touch. Can be stunned using snowball. Can be damaged using Tiny Foamer. Originate from the Roblox game 'Weirdos Attack' by a Regretevator Dev Nicant02.
	Scary Mike	Light Red	Funny Maze	Leave an inky black path that it will quickly follow, instantly killing anything in its path.
	The Cashier	Light Red	Snackcore	Players lose 2 coins and HP when caught stealing from the shelves by the Cashier. Originally seen in the Roblox game Get a Snack at 4 AM.
	Toothy and Toothette	Light Red	Tumblr Ballpit	Will chase after players when encountered and deal damage to players near them. They will often leave behind coins, which despawn after a short amount of time.
	Barb	Blue	Curse Cove	Can be found in a shop floor that only sells curses once they are added in-game.
	Bugbo	Blue	bugbo	Comes from a web series of the same name. Will ask players to collect stones within the map in a given amount of time. Stares into the nearest player's soul.
	Crem	Blue	HC Icecream	Cannot interact with this NPC. Crem is from one of Yeuc_c's older games, Happy Country.
	Emerson	Blue	Drive-Thru	A worker in the Drive-Thru floor.
	Richard	Blue	Lobby	Is the only NPC in the secret room in the lobby that isn't a mannequin. Is removed temporarily due to only appearing in the Christmas update.
	SlimYim	Blue	CRUMBL CUBE	Looms over the background of the CRUMBL CUBE floor. Heavily affiliated with the GomBall. Is planned to have their own boss fight in the future. Replaces Miché due to their creator requesting their removal.
	SwibbleDib	Blue	Glorp N' Go	Most of their appearance is made out of UGC accessories from The Axolotl Sun.
	Yum Zlurplie	Blue	Glorp N' Go	Has animations when players interact with them with the Tomato, Snowball, or Spray Bottle items.
	Mannequins	Blue	Button Competition, Stanley Room]], Hole in the Wall, Mannequin Room, Lobby	There is a hostile Mannequin in the Lobby named glevil.
	Mach	Purple	WALL OF, WHEEL OF, HALL OF, and OFFICE OF	Will kill MR if the elevator arrives at OFFICE OF, and will also kill any players who hit her with a projectile or trying to "steal" her Banhammer.
	MR	Red	Shop Space (rarely)	Can burn and kill most NPC. Will get killed by DrRETRO and Jermbo if they enter the elevator while MR is in it. If the OFFICE OF floor starts and MR is in the Elevator, Mach will be standing right in front of the elevator before killing MR with her hammer.
	glevil	None	Lobby	Is found in a secret room in the Lobby alongside various Mannequins and formerly, Richard.
	Gregoriah	None	Fun Flood at Squishy's, FNARB	His appearance was revealed at Yeuc-c's tumblr. Welcomes players who enter Fun Flood at Squishy's and quickly advises them to climb up the floor's play area once the flood has started. Appears via phone call in the FNARB floor and tells players that Reddy is out to get the players.
	Sab	None	Button Competition	His name was revealed at Yeuc-c's tumblr.
	Sebastian	None	Sebastian's Wares	Used to be the second NPC to have a Cyan nametag, alongside mac n cheese.

These are NPCs that are do NOT enter the elevator in general gameplay. They can only be spawned by WilliamPlayz57 during the 2024 April Ghouls' Update, now only available during the April Ghouls game.

	Banrey	Red	Spawned by WilliamPlayz57	Takes the appearance of a poorly modeled Barney the Dinosaur. He is most likely based on the Barney statue at Storybook Glen in Aberdeen. The aforementioned statue is also a meme. Was temporarily added during the 2024 April Ghouls' Update, now only available during the April Ghouls game Can be seen in WALL OF, WHEEL OF, and HALL OF at the beginning of the floor then will quickly disappear.
	fafa2	Orange	Spawned by WilliamPlayz57	Takes the appearance of a model of Fafa. Will leave the elevator in the Happy Home Party while saying "Party!" However, compared to other NPCs, fafa2 doesn't have any dance animations. The quality settings affects the texture of fafa2. Makes a cameo in the Cardboard Mansion floor. Was temporarily added during the 2024 April Ghouls' Update, now only available during the April Ghouls games and a 1 in 15,000 chance from Gumball Machine
	MrSnatcher	Green	The Subway (temporary)	Takes the appearance of a male in a T-Shirt and camo pants. Used as a test for more streamlined NPC integration into the game by the developers. This NPC has a squash and stretch effect on its character model, the mesh inverts and twists around. Was temporarily added during the 2024 April Ghouls' Update, now only available during the April Ghouls game.

These are NPCs that are do NOT enter the elevator in general gameplay. They can only be spawned through the use of console commands by developers and admins for the game.

	Rush	Green	None	Takes the appearance of Rush from Doors. However, this does not lead to a collab.
	HIM	Green	None	Takes the appearance of Herobrine, a Minecraft creepypasta. Can be found in the Flood Fill Mine floor.
	Cloby	Green	None	From an unreleased game by the Regretevator developer River347. Has its own set of idle and walking animations.
	Squidward	Green	None	Takes the appearance of Squidward as a Lego minifigure. Super tiny.
	PR	Green	None	Takes the appearance of PlaceRebuilder, developer and creator of the Reason 2 Die games on Roblox. This NPC is a joke.
	isaac3523	Unknown	None	Doesn't seem to do anything, according to its "no captures".
	Melanie	Green	None	Currently dead due to Folly as seen in her reveal video. She was made to make players think she is an actual NPC. Only has one interaction with Split as shown in one of her teasers.

These are NPCs that are do NOT enter the elevator in general gameplay due to the NPCs not being fully developed, but will eventually come out as a In-Game NPC in a later date.
