Jerm Pop (Jermpop in one word) is one out of the 56 items that can be bought from the Shop.
Appearance
The item appears as a popsicle based off the Popsicle® Character Pops, specifically the variants that include the gumball eyes. The item itself is based off of the NPC Jermbo.
The popsicle appears with deformed black eyes, a snout with a small pink gumball nose, alongside a brown spot to the top-right of the popsicle, but no ears.
Interaction
Jerm Pop can be bought for 200 coins in the in-game shop. When interacted with, an animation of the player licking the Jerm Pop will then play. It will grant the player the Jermpop! effect, which increases max HP by 20.
The player will also be fully healed with a green vignette appearing on the player's screen. These effects will only be applied on the first interaction with Jerm Pop. Subsequent interactions with Jerm Pop will provide no healing or bonuses (unless certain conditions are met).
If a player goes a long time without interacting with the Jerm Pop, light red text will appear on the top of the player's screen saying something relating to requiring more Jerm Pop. As the warning appears, the screen's borders will begin to pulse in a dark vignette, and heartbeat sounds begin to play.
If said player does not use the item after the warning, said player will begin to periodically take damage. This effect will go on until the player uses Jerm Pop again, or dies. Using the Jerm Pop after the warning will grant a slow regeneration of 1.20 HP/sec for 15 seconds.
It should also be noted that if the player's inventory is disabled (such as being on the Slap Battles floor or spectating during certain floors) while the warning is active, the negative effects will temporarily stop. The negative effects will resume when the player can access their inventory again. There is also an 1/40 (2.5%) chance that every time the player interacts with the Jerm Pop, it will result in the player turning into dust and fading away, and consequentially dying.
If the player interacts with Jerm Pop enough times (about 5 to 6 times) every time the warning shows up, the negative effects of Jerm Pop will go away, essentially giving the player +20 max HP with no downsides. The description of the Jermpop! effect will also change once this happens. Be warned however, as interacting with Jerm Pop without the warning showing up will reset the progress towards the removal. The same goes for interacting with Jerm Pop after the negative effects were removed.
Interacting with Jerm Pop while having the SERAPHIC GUISE ERATICATED effect will only grant +5 max HP. Also, having the Jermpop! effect and then getting the SERAPHIC GUISE ERATICATED effect will reduce the max HP gain from 20 to 5.
When a player gifts the Jerm Pop to an NPC, they will heal 5 HP. The player will not lose the Jerm Pop from their inventory.

Trivia
- This item is one of the only items based off of an NPC.
- The Jermpop is also currently the only shop item that has a limited UGC. Said UGC can be bought in-game through the Minefield floor, where it is sold near the ice cream truck.
- The Jermpop has a vanilla mocha taste.[1]
- Previously, yeuc_c claimed the Jermpop tasted like vanilla and chocolate fudge.[2]
- If the Jerm Pop was real, it would be classified as a Schedule I drug.
- Jerm Pops would also not be good for your health.
- Previously, yeuc_c claimed the Jermpop tasted like vanilla and chocolate fudge.[2]
- If the player has the Jerm Pop on their inventory, the warning does not happen. This significates that only happens if the player has it on the toolbar.
- This has been fixed in the 6/1/24 update.
- The disinstegrating animation may be a reference to the "I Don't Feel So Good" meme.
- More information on the factory they are made in will likely come after the big update hiatus. [3]
- According to a poster seen in the lobby, Jerm Pops are going out of business.
- It is possible to use the Jerm Pop once and get dusted away straight after.
