Icons and Thumbnails are preview images that serve as a preview of a specific game. When the main Regretevator game is updated, a new icon is usually shown for the remainder of the update's duration, however in some cases, an icon is replaced whilst an update is still in duration as well.
This page will list every icon that has been shown throughout 2023 and 2025, alongside some with unknown dates and icons from Regretevator Experimental. This list will also include game thumbnails, though those will only include ones that are on the main game only.

April 1st, a game icon of PartyNoob as Mason Troy Adams, with caption saying "Regretevator" in place of the normal logo. This icon was reverted after April 2nd.
March 30th, a game icon of a shocked Melanie with several bunnies from Dying Mall.
March 25th, it's the same icon as the previous, but after The Hunt ended, where the custom frames are now gone.
March 13th, a game icon of a joyous PartyNoob, which was used during The Hunt: Mega Edition.
