Not to be confused with Birthday Apartment.
Happy Birthday? is one out of 102 floors that can be randomly chosen, or selected by a player. It is currently in-game.
Appearance[]
The floor appears as a room with a carpet floor and four lights emitting a bright-red color onto the room. In the middle, there can be seen a cake, alongside two sets of balloons. On the walls, there can be seen text saying 'HAPPY BIRTHDAY [player name]', alongside an avatar of said player placed around the walls.
Gameplay[]
When the floor starts, the room will light up one by one, revealing a birthday cake, alongside an NPC known as FleshCousin with an avatar of the player that is closest to the elevator door. After all the lights are turned on, birthday music will play. Afterwards, the NPC would say "It's my birthday!", before heading towards the elevator and entering it.
Players can also interact with a vent cover, which will then suddenly drop and revealing a coin that can be collected. Players can enter the vent by using either Fizz Up! or Fizz Jug; which leads to a room that represents an attic, pink fiberglass insulation filling the empty spaces of wooden beams that stretch up to a very high ceiling, above the vent is a long ventilation shaft that connects all the way up to the ceiling while an NPC named Golire can be seen standing near a wall.

Trivia[]
- Before the 11/1/2025 update, the upper-area of the floor that is accessable through the vent used to have nothing. With the exception of a small cube without collision.
- Players used to fall into the void from this floor to send them to spectator mode.
- If there are no players in the elevator, the [player name] in the "HAPPY BIRTHDAY [player name]" texts will instead read as "...", and the profile picture will be blank.
- However, FleshCousin will still copy the avatar from one of the players in the server.
- This can only be seen with flying camera controls.
- There is a red sad face (":(") on top of the cake.
- The room's color changes depending on the skin color of the player's avatar.
- Players are able to get the "I think I've seen you somewhere" badge by having FleshCousin disguise itself as them.
- If MR is in the elevator or the elevator is full, FleshCousin's default smiling face switches to a default frowning face and will proceed to jumping into the vent, making a metal pipe falling noise.
- The metal pipe falling noise can be slightly heard from the Lobby, the same can be said for the floor Find The Path if Prototype walks off the starting area's left.
- This is one of the 3 party based floors, the other two being Birthday Apartment and Dance Party.
