Entity is one of the 103 items that are in-game and is also one of the 54 floor-exclusive items.
Appearance[]
The item appears as 6 white balls, each vaguely resembles an egg.
Interaction[]
This item can be found and bought on the Curse Cove floor for free, it can be found in a corner near the OBLITERATOR 9000. When purchased, the player will receive the Entity effect. A mini Poob will spawn in the middle of the player's screen that will follow them and block their vision.
As of the 10/10/2025 update, the Entity effect can be stacked and an extra Poob will spawn for every stack, there is no known limit.

Trivia[]
- The same Poob can be found in Birthday Apartment.
- No matter how many Entity stacks you have, it will always cost 20 coins to remove with The Obliterator 9000.
- The Entity effect does not have an icon, although it might get one in the future.
