Trivia
- "*(User) heard a door open gently from the afterlife" is a reference to Doki Doki literature.
- The death screen's music is currently made by 1nicopatty.
- Prior to the 09/21/2024 update, it used to be made by GorillaWeb.
- If the player is an admin, the death screen has an additional yellow option titled "/e free" with the "Stupid Emoji" on it, which allows an admin to revive keeping items without paying Robux.[1]
- If you die to something unknown, the death message will be "[ERR] (User) DIED TO UNREGISTERED CAUSEID; NOTE ACTUAL CAUSE FOR BUG REPORT" or "(User) has died to something unknown; please report the actual cause of death to us as a bug report!".
- If you take a break from your streak and die in the Lobby (e.g. resetting your character, dying to Glevil, Jerm Pop, Blogsy, etc.) you will keep what you had.
- The death messages use the Montserrat font and the color #ff5959.
- It used to use the Gotham font, but it has been removed by Roblox.[2]
- The 4/29/24 update added event-specific death messages.
- Newer updates change the death messages. Most causes of death (by objects) are now referred as common nouns instead of proper nouns.
- Before an unknown update, not saving the princess on the Jeremy floor would kill them.
- Instead of dying, the princess just teleports back to the elevator.
- If a player gets the "PartyNoob snapped (User)'s neck" death message, their head will detach from their body.
- 72N in "(User) experienced 72N due to (User2)" means 72 newtons.
- The following will trigger the exploiter death messages:
- Emote clipping/no-clipping without activating the secret door in Button Competition, Red Ball Temple, and Rock Park.
- No-clipping through the invisible barrier in front of the Floor Tickets in The Meatball Man floor
- Glitching through by using the "Chronoshift", "I Miss The Quiet", "#JacksonvilleFlorida", "Trogtor", or the "Stock Kitty" emotes and shift lock.

- Getting onto the high island with the castle in Slap Battles.
- Before an unknown update, players could die from tab glitching.
- When a player dies by exploiting (or emote clipping through rusty gates), either of the following death animations will occur:
- Struck by white lightning (with a lightning sound effect)[3]
- This would always happen when a player would tab glitch.
- Lit on blue fire[4] (Button Competition)
- Lit on green fire[5] (Rock Park)
- Presumably, a player would get lit on red fire if they no-clip through the secret door in Red Ball Temple.
- Struck by white lightning (with a lightning sound effect)[3]
- The following will trigger the unknown death messages:
- Dying to BamBam in Area 51.
- Dying to the dev-only AWP item.

- In Slap Battles, when a player with the Jeremy slapper slaps an exploiter that flies beyond the "teleport back zone"
