Tokens and Amulets are a category of Non-Permanent items that don't take up inventory space. Instead they are status effects, which help the player survive through the dangers of the Regretevator and it's floors. They range from increasing speed, health and coin earnings, to low gravity, blocking projectiles, and providing a small light. These Artifacts of the Greek gods brought to the game can only be found on shop floors and with one exclusion, are expensive.

Sins, are a subcategory of the tokens. They are free, but come with HEAVY negatives. The only two in the game are the GIFT OF THE ERADICATED and the anvil. So far, the only one to have a purposeful upside is the Gift of the Eradicated, which grants a speed boost and a coin multiplier, at the cost of being stuck at 5 health.
