Cake Slice is one of the 99 items that are in-game, and is also one of the 50 floor-exclusive items.

Appearance

The Cake Slice appears as a strawberry cake with 3 red stripes of icing encircling the entire cake, with dollops of white icing all around the cake, including the sides and top.

Interaction

This item can be bought on the BFDI floor and the Totally Bananas Arcade floor for 70 coins. The player must have less than their maximum health in order to consume the item, otherwise they will get a message saying, "I'm not hungry right now". When the player eats the Cake Slice, they will receive the Joyous effect and they will heal 100 HP.

Folly, FleshCousin, Infected, Lampert, Mannequin_Mark, Melanie, NULL, PartyNoob, Pest, Pilby, Prototype, Scag, Split, Spud!, and Wallter will accept the item and its effect, while Bive, DrRETRO, Gnarpy, Mozelle, Reddy, STAT, and Unpleasant will not. Strangely, 3D fafa accepts the Cake Slice, but does not get the BFDI mouth.
