Broken Picture is one of the 103 items in-game, and is also one of the 54 floor-exclusive items.
Appearance
The item is a picture frame of both Infected and Lampert putting their arms behind each others backs, while wearing "IM WITH STUPID" shirts (both arrows pointing away from each other) with the part of the photo that would correspond to Infected's face ripped off.
Interaction
It can be found in Infected Apartment on the computer desk. It can be traded with Infected for Adrenaline or with Lampert for the Infection Immunity effect. If given to another NPC who isn't Infected or Lampert, they'll decline.
