Bird Leech is one of the 103 items that are in-game, and is also one of the 54 floor-exclusive items.
Appearance[]
Outside, the item appears as a low-quality depiction of a bird, with a blue-like color for the head, and a pink-colored beak. Two simple eyes can also be seen, and is positioned to be looking towards the left.
Inside, there can be seen what seems to be a flesh-like material, alongside several sharp teeth.
Interaction[]
The item can be bought for 20 coins in-game from the Shop Space floor. When interacted with, the player places the item on their head and gains the effect Leech!, which prevents them from gaining Rat Poison. However, it also causes the player to lose 1 HP per second until they reach 11 HP total.
