Badges are achievements that players can get by doing a specific set of actions in order to trigger an event, or finding a badge trigger within the game. Whenever a player earns a badge for the first time, a notification will pop up in the chat indicating that said user just earned that badge.

- The least-obtained badge in the game is the "PLUMMET" badge, excluding upcoming badges, floor count related badges, or when badges are first released.
- "UNFORTUNATE DISCOVERY", "RAPID UNSCHEDULED DISASSEMBLY", "HEARTLESS", "TOOTHETTE'S FALL", "HER", "WISCONSIN", "Gold Egg" and "SEBASTIAN GOT YOU" are the only badges without any text in their icons.
- "WISCONSIN" is the first badge to require an item to obtain.
- "I think I've seen you somewhere" is the first badge without a fully capitalized word in its title.
- "SNOWY AGONY" was the first badge to have text in its icon be a different color.
- There was a glitch that would give you "LICENSED BUTTON CLICKER" on the Fun Flood at Squishy's floor.
- @tony1boss16 is the first user who has achieved the "100K Floors" badge. However, they do not show up on the in-game leaderboard.
- The former description for the badge "100K Floors" was "thats like 80 days what".
- "UNFORTUNATE DISCOVERY"s former description was "it is technically still a break from the ads".
