Appearance
The item appears as a syringe. It gives the Adrenaline effect for about 30 seconds, the icon for the effect looks like the chemical compound for adrenaline.
Interaction
The item can be obtained by trading the Broken Picture or Blogsy with Infected.
Trivia
- Adrenaline is the first item to be held with your character's left arm.
- Adrenaline uses a similar model to the Stim Shot from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (2019) and is most likely a reference to it.
