3008 is one of the 102 floors that can be randomly chosen or selected by a player. It is currently in-game.

Appearance

The floor appears to be a furniture store, with fog covering the walls and roof. The furniture store is divided by a white-colored pathway, separating the map into several sections. With several examples being a living room plot, an outside plot, and/or a weapons plot. Several advertisements are hung with what seems to be metal.

Gameplay

The floor is based on a Roblox game with the same name, that being 3008 by uglyburger0, which is itself based off of SCP-3008, with the music tracks on the floor being directly from the game's soundtrack. Unlike in the original game, there are no employees. This floor cannot kill players and has one NPC named Lampert.

When the floor begins all players will have the "FIND LAMPERT" sign displayed and Lampert's picture under it. Players task is to find Lampert in the "Infinite IKEA". Lampert will always replace one of the lamps on the floor. If a player finds Lampert, they will get rewarded with coins and Lampert will enter the elevator unless MR is in the elevator, or the elevator is full. All players that will see Lampert in the elevator for the first time, will get the "LET THERE BE LIGHT" badge.

There is a random event in this floor, where it's like normal, but after a few seconds, a distant noise can be heard, before the entire store would go into a 'night' sequence, where the floor would be pitch-black, except for the lights and Lampert that will turn himself up, and the music changes as well. The gameplay remains the same.

Trivia

  • The map is smaller than the map in the official 3008 game.
  • Unlike the original game, Employees are not present here.
  • If Lampert is already in the elevator, he will point in the direction of the second Lampert.
    • If there are multiple Lamperts, all of them will point to the Lampert that's on the floor.
  • This floor can be trivialized via use of the Necrobloxicon which will highlight Lampert's location.
  • This floor has randomly generated plots, which players can see the generation of for a second before the entire floor generates.
  • There is a plot selling weapons and firearms, which originates from 3008's "4122" April Fools update.
  • At an unknown date, toys were removed from play plots. They were added back in the 9/14/24 update.
  • Every living room plot is guaranteed to have a GameCube.
  • When you enter this floor, the top UI with the settings and shop will be replaced with the same UI from the 3008 game. The first button, which accesses your inventory in 3008, does not work.
  • The "Day #" UI at the top of the screen corresponds to the floor number.
  • Sometimes, a couple seconds after entering the floor, the lights will switch off, and it will now display "Night (floor number)". The floor theme will be playing Night Theme.
  • The floor will end 10 seconds after Lampert is found.
  • Kitties can be found on this floor.
  • Clover may hatch on this floor.
  • Lampert always replaces one of the lamps on the floor.
    • When close enough to the elevator, Lampert will make a clicking sound to turn on its lantern. Players can use this sound cue to locate Lampert.
  • There is a chance that a ‘base’ will appear on a pillar consisting of items regularly found in player creations in 3008
    • There is a missing pallet because Infected (Kasper at the time) moved it and fell.[1]
    • In that same video, Kasper fell through the pallet stairs, however this wouldn't be possible in the actual 3008 game because the pallets would be anchored.
      • The same thing applies to when he fell through the glass roof of the Snack Shop. Glass is fragile in real life, however in the 3008 game, the glass roof wouldn't break.
    • The base in-game is much shorter than what is previously seen in the video.
    • It is unknown why the base still has the missing pallet, because it's been a long time since Infected was Kasper. Lampert should have repaired the base by now.
